Delete your account

How it works

• 1. Sign in on this page with the email, Google or Apple account you use for BinderX.
• 2. Cash out the Cash you can, and ship or sell back the cards in your Binder you want to keep. A box not yet shipped, a cash-out on its way, a card payment or a pack battle has to finish first; the page lists anything still in progress.
• 3. Type DELETE, and your password if your account has one, then press Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted at once, and you are signed out on every device.

Cannot sign in? Email ADMIN@binder-x.com from the address on your account, and we will help you close it.

Your wallet and your cards

• Money you added by card and have not spent goes back to the card you paid with. Card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
• The rest of your wallet, the Cash you earned and BinderXash (bonus credit), is given up with the account. Cash out first.
• Cards in your Binder go with the account: once it is deleted they cannot be shipped or sold back. Ship the ones you want to keep, or sell them back, in the app first.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, username, email, phone number, photo and shipping address.
• Your posts, pulls, comments and messages are taken down, and the cards you added yourself are deleted.
• Your saved cards, follows, wants, haves, notification settings and club memberships. Clubs you own are closed.
• The contact details on your support requests and your early-access sign-up.

What is kept, and for how long

• Records of your purchases, sales, shipments, refunds and cash-outs, and your acceptance of our Terms, kept for tax, accounting and disputes for as long as the law requires.
• Payment and identity details held by Stripe, our payment processor, under its own legal obligations.
